WHY YOU NEED ME
For as long as I remember, I’ve been energetic and interested in making a positive contribution to the companies I served. I looked for fresh approaches and unique angles to help these companies perform better, finding ways to reduce waste and ultimately create happier customers who bought more and often. I was surprised to find that the people I worked for didn’t share these same values. Despite the symptoms of business problems we endured, I was to do as I was told without questioning what were clearly bad practices.
